Birth at Nersveen farm in 1890 in Brøttum?

The birth of Ragna Marie Nilsdtr, # 17 at https://media.digitalarkivet.no/view/6015/50, the Ministerialbok for Brøttum, gives the location as Nersveen, if I am reading it correctly. Parents are listed as Nils Andreassen and Kristine Andersdtr.

However, the Oluf Rygh site reports no such farm in Brøttum, but does have a farm of this name in Elverum. The 1900 census for this family lists the father as Nils Elverum.

Could the Ministerialbok have missed having a notation that the birth took place at the Nersveen farm in Elverum, rather than in Brøttum?
