Save decendant Report

Hi

I am using the Legacy program and want to save my decentant report to a file
and format so I can sent it to other people.. Can any one advise me on how
to do this...

In the window for detailing the Report options (what appears when you
choose the typw of report) there is a choice of ouput formats towards
the bottom right. The choices are
Screen / Printer
Text File
HTML File
Rich Text File
If you choose a file, you will later be asked what it should be called.
