In the 1865 census, there is listed the following family at the Knappen farm:

Even Larsen, f. 1821 Romedal
Olia Halvorsdtr, f. 1824 Romedal
Martin Evensen f 1849 Romedal
Ole Evensen, f 1852 Romedal
Evine Evensdtr f 1854 Romedal
Lina Evensdtr, f ca 1856 Løten
Laurits Evensen f ca 1860 Åmot
Theodor Evensen f ca 1864 Elverum

The Elverum bygdebok has only a one sentence description of the family at Knappfoss mølle on page 126 of Bind 4.

Does anyone have any information on the fate of any of these people? I have some possible 1900 listings for Ole and Theordor, but none for the others.

According to his confirmation Laurits was born in Elverum.

Here in the 1910 census in Romedal. The census has 1863 as his birthyear, but as you might know this census has a lot of mistakes in dates. May 13 is the same day as his confirmation say he was born.
