Petra Pedersen Lie Emigration Record?

I'm trying to track down the emigration record for Petra Pedersen.

What I know:

Petra emigrated in 1906 to the United States to the state of Wisconsin. I've never been able to find her US emigration record so I was hoping to find out when she exactly came and where from.

In 1900 Petra lived at Ødeli in Østre Toten. Her father Peder Jensen died in 1905 and Petra emigrated in 1906. By 1910 her mother Helene, brother Ole and sister Julie are living at Nerli in Østre Toten. Is it possible to track down Petra's emigration record?

Sounds like this woman leaving Norway Sept 6, 1906 from Oslo.
The ship was "Montebello".( I think Montebello only sailed to Hull, England so she had to travel the rest of the voyage on another ship most likely from Liverpool.)

This must be Petra arriving at EllisIsland Sept 21, 1906 with the ship "Baltic" from Liverpool.
She was going to an uncle A.E. Ovren, Stoughton, Wisc. (or so I read it)
She is on line 2 in the manifest:
