DIANE DOLORES NESSE, 76, of TOMS RIVER, died Sunday, Dec. 2, at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in Staten Island, she lived there and then moved to Toms River 35 years ago. She was a homemaker. She was an avid painter, and many of her paintings hang in the family home. She was a member of the First Assembly of God, Toms River.

She was predeceased by her husband, Floyd Nesse, in 2002; and her daughter Dawn. Diane is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Floyd and Donna Nesse of Howell, and John and Betty Nesse of Toms River; a daughter, Lynn Kretzmer; eight grandchildren, Sarah, Edward, Olivia, Floyd Jr., Noel, Carl Henry, John and Colleen; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. Friday until the funeral service at 10 a.m. at Carmona-Bolen Home For Funerals, 412 Main St., Toms River. Interment will follow at Whiting Memorial Park, Whiting.
