One of Johann Peter's sons, Ferdinand, having studied theology at
Tartu-University started working as a diacon at Koeru´s Maarja
Magdaleena ( near Paide )

Later he married Meta Mickwitz, the pastor's 19-year-old daughter,
succeeded his father-in-law as pastor of Koeru Maarja Magdaleena [KMM]
or St Marien Magdalenen[MM] as it was then called and he was even
appointed provost of the area.

Unfortunately the vicarage at KMM or "MM" (as the place is still
called by the family) was destroyed sort of in Soviet time and
looks like this today. The place is deserted because KMM´s
congregation - though offered to pay a symbolic price only- doesn´t
want the somewhat shabby-looking place back.
