Ancestry people really getting crazy ???

I sent a bug report to tell them their automated software
was sending a link with 2 dots instead of one, i.e.
rd..ashx instead of rd.ashx

Their answer: just remove the 2nd dot. I expected them to
say "we will correct that"...

They must be getting crazy ;-(
