Hi there,
I am trying a mail merge using Office 2003, creating the document in Word.
I want to check all my family history contacts in my email address books.
When I went through the whole thing I hit "send to email" and it flashed the
200 emails past me on the screen.
I then went my Outlook sent items and cant find the 200 emails.
Has anyone done this before?
Can I assume the emails have all gone but dont show in my outbox/sent items?

you to "send" each individual one.
I've never used that feature of mail merge, but I do know if I pick
the "file/send to mail" I get a mail message in outlook that I then have
to close and send.

Have you looked in the draft/output folder -- maybe it's waiting for
you to "send" each individual one.

I have WORD 2000, and can do mail merge with Outlook. I have never done it
before, but I just sent myself a message. I wrote the message in WORD, then
chose "Send to mail recipient as an attachment". When the email message
came up, I chose myself as the recipient, and hit Send. Worked fine. Don't
know about Office 2003. Good luck.

Is Outlook your default mailer? If not, check Outlook _Express_, they might
be there under it's sent folder.
