Often obituaries can be found online for free, you just have to know where to go to find them. The funeral homes keep them online for quite some time. The Amundson Funeral Home where Gerald E. Hahn used, has obituaries online back to September of 2007. I have found some Funeral Homes and Newspapers that keep archives back to the early 1990's.
