Ancestry.com Problems

Legg inn av Eric Hansen » 4. oktober 2004 kl. 13.38

Hi

I have tried to contact Ancestry.com re a problem I have searching "The
Times." I am a paid up member and have previously found the names I am after
and have bookmarked one page which takes me to an article I have used. I
have even typed in some names on this page but it comes up with zero matches
when I do a search. The only name I seem to get any hits with is SMITH..

Now. I have tried to contact them 3 times by email and they do not reply.

Question- Is the normal manner that they treat their customers. How can I
get a reaction from them. Does anyone have any suggestions

Very Frustrated Ancestry (maybe not for long) customer

Eric,
Use the "Contact us" at the bottom of the page. They have answered me
several times, as I have a problem of the page shaking all the time on my
computer. They tend to blame it on my computer, but it is the only site that
the page continually moves while trying to access sites. Makes it tough to
click on anything.
My subscrip is up this month and I am questioning rejoining. ;-)
