Saving Ancestry census images

I've noticed that on some Ancestry census images there's a little save
icon that lets me save the whole census page image. On some, I can't
figure out how to do it -- I can save the currently displayed part of
the image, but not the whole thing at high res. For example, the 1900
census doesn't seem to have a save icon. Am I missing something?

In the bar above the image, the sixth icon = other. selecting this will produce
a dropdown menu with a save as item. The image will be in mrsid format.
Irfanview will display this forma, or you could get a mrsid viewer from the
lizardsoft site.
