Thorgrim Olsen Volden was born 29 December 1818. His parents were Ole Johannessen Wolden and Gunnil Torgrimsdatter. I am looking for the birth dates for Ole and Gunnil, also
the date of their marriage.

Where was the Volden / Wolden farm located? When was it built?

I found that Torgrim Olsen was born in Sauherad 29.12.1817,and døpt 06.01.1818, i Sauherad Church........... in Telemark..

Is this your Ole ?.......
His father was born in Sauherad, 24.06.1770, . Volden, is that a farm or a place ?

I cannot find Torgrim's baptism on the 6th of January 1819, neither in the ministerialbok nor in the klokkerbok. The first baptism I can see in 1819 in the church records of Sauherad, is the boy Anund on the 10th of January:

He was born 29 December 1817 and baptized 6 January 1818. His confirmation on
17 August 1834 mistakenly shows his birth as 29 December 1818.

I am looking for the birth dates for his parents, Ole Johannessen and Gunnil Torgrimsdatter.

Another person help me to read about Gunnhild.
She was a TWIN, and born, or babtism 21.06.1778, in Sauherad

Her sisters name was Ingeborg

Her parents was Torgrim Anderson Hautsevik?
And Anne Olsdtr.

At Torgrims baptism 6th January, 1818, the parents are:
Hmd (husmand) under Loval (klokkerboka: Lovald) Ole Johanesen Gunnil Torgrimsd.

The Lovald farm is situated close to the Nordagutu railway stop.

The baptism of Ole on 24th June took place in Nes church, not in Saude (Sauherad) church, see the first entrance of this day. (Both these churches are beautiful, roman style, stone churches from the 12th century)

The mother is Anne Ellingsdaatter Østgaarden. (Østgarden is a farm close to Nes kirke.) The child's father: til hendes Barns Fader udlagt (strøket over: Soldat Anders Engebretsøn??) Johannes Olssøn tjeniste Dreng i Stigen, (....) er Soldat.

Johannes Olsen, father, and mother Anne Ellingsdtr.(may be born in 1734)
