I read with interest your reply to Pique, I believe it was.
I too, have been trying for a year to find anything on a Richard
Wallace out of Nova Scotia..born circa 1851. I believe his father
landed there from Ireland, whose name we THINK was Maurice. Richard
died in Bath, Carlton Co., NB in 1924... but we can find NO records of
any kind on his parents. Are there easy sites on the net FOR Nova
Scotia...... thnx so much.

The familysearch.org site has the census records for canda in 1881. There are 2
Richard Wallace in Nova Scotia then. They are both 30. (its a start). ONe is
living with his mother.
