Is there anyway I can get the 1910/1930 for this as well...

And I have questions, is it possible that they mistook his mother for his
wife? The 1920 shows him being 44, which would make him born abt 1877, and
bunie being 70, those ages correspond with my belief that maybe she was
living with her son, and EC Fomby (the house below) is her other son. Is
this a common issue? Any help is appreciated

Thank you again for your help

I still can't get my computer and ancestry.com or genealogy.com to
cooperate with me when it comes to sending images, but in the 1910
census there is the following:

Louisiana, UNION, Roll 533 Book 1, Page 115b

Fomby, James P., Head, 34, born GA, father born GA, mother born AL
I can't really make out the woman's name, mother, 60, widow, 11 children
born, 8 still living, married for 41 years, born AL, parents born AL
Oscar T. or F., brother, 17, born LA, father born GA, mother born AL

The 1930 Census shows:
Louisiana, Union, Police Jury Ward 4, District 9
Fomby, James P., Head, 54, widower, born LA, parents born LA
Vesta, daughter. 12, born LA, parents born LA
-----, Jas. K. Polk, father, 85, widower, born LA, parents born LA,
married at age 24

There is a line beside the last name, indicating that he has the same
surname. However, I couldn't find a Jas. K. Polk Fomby in the 1920
census for Louisiana.

Hope this helps,

Cathy
