Googly scans in Google Books

Some of these scans are very bad. The contents are bad here, and I noticed
some Neville info in the 1909 ODNR that was completely unreadable. Since new
places like Columbia University are joining the network, I wonder whether
they have a mechanism for reporting bad scans, or bad scanners, or bad
scanning individuals.

This example also reminds me of the poor quality of some LDS
microfilms... WHY BOTHER IF YOU CANNOT READ IT OR USE IT?
