leasses except before excepted paiable at two tymes of the yere videlt\ Michellmas
and ester to begynne at the firste of them after my deceasse and to
distreigne for\ non payment of everie of the saide rentes in my saide leases excepte
before excepted And\ I doo give to my Clerkes Thomas Wallenger Anthonye Jebbe
and to Henrie Hall to everie of\ them ffyve markes and to John ffuller of my
Chamber ffouretie shillings and to everie of\ my other s^r^anntes a quarters
wages men and woomen and to the saide Anthony Jebbe an\ yerelie rente of
