of that seconde sonne begotten And for defalte of such heyres the remeynder

suche heires the remeynder thereof to the ffowrthe sonne of the saide wison

heires males of the boddye of\ the same Antonye the first sonne of the saide
John begotten And for defalt of suche heires the\ remeynder thereof to the
seconde sonne of the saide John and to the heires males of the boddye\ of that

Phelippe Bronn’ and to the\ heires males of the boddie of the same first
begotten sonne and for defalt of such heires\ the remeynder therof to the

thereof ^to^ the first begotten sonne\ of the boddie of the same Conyngesbye
Bronn’ begotten and to the heyres males of the boddie of the same\ first

sonne of the saide\ Connyngesbye and to the heires males of the boddie of

Sister katherine her sonne and to the heires males of his boddie begotten and for
defalte of such\ yssue the remeinder therof to Anthony Cutte my godsonne
brother of the said Richard Cutte and to the heires\ males of the boddie of the
same Antonye my godsonne Laufullie begottren and for defalte of such yssue the
\ remeynder thereof to Alexander Skeyef als Scrogge my sister Jane, her

for ever And I will that the saide mano^r^ of Chirchall\ in pakelsham and
the saide landes and te’nte called greate Byggen and Littell Biggen & my saide
mano^r^ of Cokermoth\ and all my Landes and te’nte in Dagenham in the Countie
of essex (excepte the parsonage of Dagenham after the \ deceasse of me and
my wief witheowte heires of my boddie begotten shall remeyne coom and be to my
saide\ nevoye wyston Bronn’ and the heires males of his boddie begotten And
for defalte of suche yffue to my saide\ nevoye John Bronn’ and the heires
males of his boddie begotten And for defalte of suche yssue the remeynder
thereof\ to the the [ac: sic] saide S^r^ Wyston Bronn’ and to the heires males of

yssue the remeynnder further of my saide mano^r^ of Pakelsham and of my
landes and te’nte called\ grete Bigon and Little Bygon to my nevoye william
Herberte of Colbroke my sister Elizabethe her sonne and to\ the heires males of his
boddie begotten, and for defalte of suche yssue the remeinder thereof to the
heires females\ of the boddies of the said Sir Wiston Bronn’ and Dame
Elizabeth begotten And for defalte of suche yssue the rem’\ thereof to my right
heires for ever and the remeinder further of the saide mano^r^ of Cokermouthe &
of all my landes & te’nte\ in Dagenham to the saide Alexander Scrogges and to
the heires males of his boddie begotten the remeynder thereof further\ to
theyres females of the bodies of the said S^r^ Wyston and Dame Elizabethe the
remeynder thereof further to my right\ heires for ever Allso I do will to
suche person as from tyme to tyme after my deceasse during my wives lief shalbe
my\ heire generall an yeatlie rente of twentie poundes goyng owte of all my
leasses and ffermes (excepte Cleyton\ tythe and for non paymentt thereof to
distreyne provided allwaies that if my saide heire generall that for the tyme\
shalbe shall moless vexe or trouble my saide wief in any of the saide manors
landes and re’nte contrarie to her estate\ and interest in the same or
contrarie to anye article clause or stufence[?] in this presente will or shall
molest vexe or\ trouble my saide wief concerning the execution of this my will and
testament or shall meadle by any meane or ways w^th^\ any of my goddes or
Chattells contrarie to the efferte and trewe meaninge of this my last will and
testamente that then\ and from thenff’or the the saide yerelie rente of
twentie poundes shall cesse and be no further payable And I doo give to my\ sade
wief the m^a^she grounde that I purchased of Robert Tirrell and also the
patronage of the vicaredge of Dagenham\ during her lief and I doo give to my saide
wief during her lief and after her dethe to the saide Dorothe Hudleston\ and
her heires of her boddie the advowson of the vycaredge of Crofton in the
countie of Lamer[?] And I doo will\ that my saide wief during her lief have the
possession and keping of all my Evidence Charserd and writinges\ touching or
concerninge the manors Landes and te’nts to her apporcucted[?] for terme of
her lief by this will otherwise\ And that the saide Dorothe have the
possession and kepinge of all the saide evidens Charetrs and writinges\ during her
lief after the deathe of my saide wief touching the mannours landes and te’nte
to her the saide Dorothe\ given by this will And I doo give to John Bronn’ my
saide novoye ffowre poundes yerelie during his lief owte of my\ landes withe
clause of disteresse and I doo will that executours of my saide wief shall
have after her deceasse the\ saide mano^r^ of Sowthweld w^th^ the
appurten^a^nces for one wholl yere after her decesse withowte any rente paying\ And also
that the executoures of the sade Dorothe after the decesse of the saide
Dorothe yf she overlyve my sade\ wife shall have the saide mano^r^ of Sowthwelde
withe the appurten^a^nces for one wholl yere after the decesse of\ of the saide
Dorothe witheowte any rente paying, any thinge aforsaide to the contrarie
notwithstanding And I doo\ renounce all formes and other wills, then this p’nte
will in wittnes whereof to this my p’nte last will and testam’te I\ the
saide Anthony Bronn’ have sett my hande and seale the daye and yere first above
