What happened to Ann Kemble Chapman born 1809 Soho Middlesex

Thankyou CWatters and Tony! Have been looking for Maria Chapman in
Australia and her sister Nancy in California for so long...and they
were in Hawaii!!

I have been looking for their mother Ann Kemble Chapman nee Tree. I
know she came to South Australia in April 1868 and worked as a teacher
but she has fallen off the branch. Family notes claim she was in
California in 1900 and that she lived until she was 90...this would
have her in California. I can't believe she would be tripping around
the world at 90 years of age! They also say Nancy Rhodes wrote a
letter from San Jose in May 1900 explaining Mary (daughter if Charles
and Ellen Kean) Logie's will.

Did Ann die in California, London or South Australia?...or Hawaii
maybe?

Sorry, can't help on Ann Kemble Chapman. I thought if she lived to be
90 years of age that she would rate some sort of newspaper article when
she died. No luck on that...so just for drill I put in search for Nancy
Rhodes in 1900-1910 in California and Hawaii. I found her obituary from
August 30, 1904 in the Hawaiian Gazette.

I can send you an image of the newspaper page. Do you want it sent to
your hotmail address?
