May peace prevail on earth

Is war inevitable? Is man essentially aggressive by nature? These are
questions that have been asked by several generations of researchers,
conflict analysts and anthropologists.

It has been noted that the 20th century has been recorded as the most
violent in history, with over 100 million deaths in war and 175
million in politically related violence. Especially in the present day
scenario, with the threat of more wars and retaliatory attacks
appearing on the horizon, these questions and the answers to them seem
even more relevant.

How shall we stop killing each other and prevail non violence in the
society? Peace is not a hard thing to achieve as if we work towards a
common goal.

There is no question that Gandhi had a profound influence in the
reshaping of world history. In India, Gandhi was an inspiration for
freedom and independence around which the Indian National Congress
converged. He was the spiritual leader of the country. Mahatma Gandhi,
the father of non violence, was an extraordinary leader of Peace and
human rights. His message of peace, Non violence, Social Justice,
Equality will help to prevent conflict and develop co-existence
between communities in the long run.

The bottom-line says the conflict cannot be resolved by military means
either through convert action or direct hostilities , neither side can
win the war through military means, another round of hostilities will
bring untold destruction to both sides and to the people.
