Hi Fellow listers,
I am trying to get in contact with Mary Jane GRIMESEY who posted the
following in the the British Isles Gen Web Project on the August 11, 2000.
"I understand that there was a John Grimesey (protestant) who lived in
county Tyrone in the early 1800's who married Ann Jones (in England
before coming to Ireland) and had 8 children before emigrating to the
USA in 1826. That is not the family I am looking for. I am wondering if
there was other Grimeseys, possibly earlier who were catholic and also
emigrated to the USA. I do not have a clue as to what part of Ireland
they would have come from. The above is the only occasion I have found
of this name."

Do any of you by chance know of this person?
If she has died do you know who may have taken over the research on the
family?
If possible I would like to know what she knows or knew about John & Ann
GRIMMESEY formally of Tyrone, Ireland.
Thanks In Advance.
David
