PAF help needed please

Hi all,

I am having trouble opening my files using PAF 5.2, it tells me that the
file -
[The InstallShield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be installed. The
system cannot read from the specified device.]
I have downloaded a new iKernel.exe file but it still will not work.

Is there a PAF support group that I can get help from or does someone on
this group know how to help me?

Also, if I uninstall PAF then reinstall PAF, will I lose my family files?

There is a very active Yahoo group

No your data file (and of course multimedia) will be OK after an
uninstall. Upon installing you'll just tell PAF where the datas is.
