Lillian Elfrieda Hansen fodd Oslo circa 1895

Hello,

I am trying to help a friend find a record of her mother’s birth. We are looking for Lillian Elfrieda Hansen who came from in or around Oslo born on September 7. Lillian died in the USA in 1966 at the age of 70 or 71. She came to Lynn, Massachusetts, USA when she was 15 to 17 years old to visit her eldest brother, Alfred, and stayed in the USA. A family photo with her parents in Norway or Sweden shows that she had at least one sister and three brothers. Lillian married Olaf Anderssen in the USA prior to 1950. None of the spelling is necessarily accurate. Can anyone direct me to the appropriate forum to seek help?

The Ellis Island database lists 4 Olaf Andersen/Andersons immigrating from Norway--2 in 1910 and 2 in 1912. There are several possibilities for Alfred Hansen. I did not find a Lillian Hansen immigrating in 1913. If you wish, you may take a look at http://www.ellisisland.org. There is no fee for searching the database.

Lilly Elfrida Hansen b. September 7, 1895, occupation ironing-woman, left Kristiania (Oslo) March 14, 1913 with a ship of Victor Raffel Line (ship's name not noted). Her address in Oslo was Jens Bjelkesgaden 78 V. Her destination was Boston (going to a relative), she travelled alone.

Lilly E Hansen's arrival at Boston 1913 found at Ancestry.com (via http://www.stevemorse.org) - unfortunately I don't have access to the passenger list. Maybe someone else?
