My great-grandfather was an editor of the Aftenbladet in Kristiania, Norge some time in the 1870-80s. My grandmother's name was Olga Josephine Johanna Andersen (born 1869 in Kristiania). I don't know her father's name but he died at age 47 of TB. Sometime after he died the family moved to America. My grandmother was 16 when she came over. I think I found her on the passenger list for 1886 on the Thingvala.
