Pedigree Chart Generation "on the fly"

I am looking for a program that can be loaded to my website that will
create a pedigree/Ancestor style chart when provided with some input by
the user.

Is there such a program available.

The free phpGedView 3.8 http://www.phpgedview.net/ will do so if you
give the user permission to administer so they can either upload gedcom
files or enter them manually and approve the input.
There are other programs around but most need mySQL or similar.

I have MySql and the likes. What other programs could you recommend. I
have tried phpgedview. It is more complicated for the viewer than I
want.

I can't recommend any others as I haven't used any.

Doing a quick Google gives some possibilities e.g. several mentioned at
http://www.macgenealogy.org/online-genealogy/

Do you want to _just_ present an on-the-fly pedigree tree, or do you
want a complete genealogy program ? There are a couple of complete
programs written in either Perl or PHP that also provide a tree view.
I don't recall a simple tree-only program, but then I have never really
looked for one either.

Dont' need a full program just a pedigree tree.

There are many "pay-for" web sites out there that if you type in a name
and select an individual from the list, it will give you a 3 to 4
generation pedigree.

I am trying to find something that will work in a "kiosk" type
environment at a local historical society.
