PAF 5 To-Do list

Having added TO-DO: tags to individual notes and marriage notes,
I have manage to select records containing such notes in a custom
report.

However, when it comes to putting the fields on the report, the
help file says:

Tip: If you select Notes, you can print one line of notes. A screen appears that lets you choose whether you want all notes or only notes that begin with a specific tag. The list of tags you see in the drop-down box is the same list that appears on the Notes Selector screen

The problem is that "TO-DO:" is not a standard tag, and therefore
cannot be selected, which meant that they will not print.

Am I missing something obvious?

You can create a To-Do: tag (or anything you want to track) that can be
selected in notes. Use the Add button at the bottom of the Select Notes
screen. This will solve your problem.

You can create a To-Do: tag (or anything you want to track) that can be

Many thanks, you are absolutely right. I hadn't realised that

you have to <Add> the tag, I was simply typing in my own.

Sounds useful...... only problem is I cant find the "Select Notes" bit.
Am I missing something......... or has one of my dodgy ancestors removed it.

Try Tools...Preferences...General...Display Notes Selector and check the
"From Edit Individual" box.
