Ultimate Family Tree Maker

Hi, thought I'd share a great find I've just seen on ebay with you.

I'm going to have a crack at it. It's an older version of Ultimate
Family Tree Maker UK edition:

Anybody recommend any other family tree packages to look out for on
ebay?

Cheers,

Any relation to the person selling it, by any chance?

Why buy from someone on eBay, especially an old version, when there are
excellent software packages which are free, and other excellent software
packages you can buy for a reasonable cost?

I don't recall seeing you around here before, could it be that your only
purpose is to shill for an ebay auction?

That's an interesting bit of illegitimate cross-breeding there...

Family Tree Maker
and
Ultimate Family Tree

are two separate programs, which were rated at opposite ends of the
scale (back when UFT was still being marketed, it was fighting with TMG
for highest ranked in capability; FTM, OTOH, was lowest ranked in
capability, just high in popularity from aggressive marketing).

You really hit the nail on the head. His email address only shows up on
Google Groups for about the last week, and every message is related to
another ebay sale by the same person as this one.

Anyone who has a ebay.co.uk account like to report him to SafeHarbor?
