Norwegian Settlers at Norsewood, New Zealand

I am researching the early settlers of Norsewood, New Zealand. The majority of the early settlers at Norsewood were Norwegians, starting with the first settlers who arrived in 1872 aboard the "Høvding." (Four of my great great grandparents came as first settlers.)

I am hoping to create a resource that will help "cross the great divide," between New Zealand and Norway, by locating people who have already determined the genealogies of some of the settlers and compiling their information into a single resource. I am hoping to determine 2 generations of ancestors and 2+ generations of descendants.
