Minnesota Death Index - lookup for me?

Anybody who could look up John P Strand - born around 1884 in Sweden,assuming he died in MN betw 1921-27, he was married to my grandfather's half sister Mary (maiden name: Christopherson)
Found one John P Strand dead in Chisago county 07/28/1923 certid# 1923-MN-002570-
it might be the right, but as the index on the net does not say anything about birth place or date (I do not know the date either) it is hard to say if it is the right man.
