Help reading a column in the in-migration records

Attached is a copy of the in-migration records from the Ministerialbok and the Klokkerbok of 1859.

I can read all but the last column, so if someone could let me know what it reads (in Norwegian), I would be very grateful.

Klokkerboka: Attest fra Deinboll af 5te April 1859

I suppose 'Deinboll' is the name of the Vicar in Romedal.
