Register Citizen Allocation 1888-1921

My ancestor, Johan Jakob Andersen, born 6-5-1841 in Sweden, went with his family to Norway in 1887. I found the record below that looks like he applied for Norwegian citizenship in 1913. This is a digitized record with limited information. Wondering if anyone has access to the original and if so what is included? Does it say why he applied at the age of 72? Does it say when and where his wife, Laura Charlotta Andersen [1-13-1846, Sweden] died in Norway? Did he remarry?

NOTE: I have been able to find Johan Anderson listed in 1900, 1905 and 1910 census data, [but can't find him in 1899] and he lists himself as widow. I know that he came with his wife and children in 1887. But Laura [wife] is not listed on these censuses. Laura's mother who stayed in Sweden, names her daughter Laura in her will,[dated April 1900] but says she is deceased. Therefore I am assuming Laura died in Norway between 1887 and 1910.

Based on birth records of Johan's grandkids, Johan and his daughter Emma Maria Anderson Olsen lived in Trefoldighet, Jacob, Gamle Aker and Sagenes parishes I have looked for Laura's death record in those locations but have not found anything. That is why I was hoping that the Register Citizen Allocation might give me the answer.

Yes.
1905: This includes Johan Anderson and his daughter Emma Olsen Anderson. Also the beginning page of census that Johan signed.
