The following document was located in the PRO Catalogue:

C 143/372/3

the church of St. Mary there, to Robert Haulay, knight, and Beatrice his wife,
William Haulay, John Haulay, and the heirs of the bodies of the said Robert
and Beatrice, with remainder to her right heirs. 44 EDWARD III.

This may be a key to the identity of Beatrice wife of (1) Thomas de Fencotes
(2) Robert de Hauley.

Beatrice wife of Robert de Hauley died in 1390. Her grand daughter Beatrice
de Hauley married Thomas de Rolleston and they were in possession of
Mablethorp,co. Lincoln.
