I need help translating the cause of death for this couple According to the family Rasmus and Susanna drowned when the sleigh fell thru the ice on April 29, 1864. Date of burial is May 3, 1864 in Strandebarm parish in Hordaland.

It reads in Norwegian: druknede begge i Isen paa Birkenæsvandet (both drowned in the ice on the Birkenæsvandet)

Birkenæsvandet (Birkenesvannet in modern spelling) must be a lake in the area, probably near the farm Birkenæs where they lived.

So the family history is correct.
