From 'Allegations for Marriage Licenses issued from the Archbishop of
Canterbury's Faculty Office in London, Chester & Armitage, London,
1886, we find the following:
"21 November 1545:
"William Cecil and Mildred Cooke"
According to ODNB (articles on both William and Mildred, afterwards
Lord and Lady Burghley) they married exactly one month later (21
December 1545).
