I am trying ton find out more information on Sigrid Rolandsdatter Nordland she is my 8th great grandmother I am trying to find out about who her parents were.Many thanks in advance

Hello

Her father was Roland Tørrison (also called Torsson). Born about 1663 and died 11th of April 1694. He was a soldier from 1693.

Her mother was Jørand Pålsdotter. She died in 1724 and married the second time to Tor Olsson from Øvre Hamre.

Roland Tørrison's father was Tørris Trondsson Nordland or Kattevøl and his mother was Sigrid Johannesdotter Stele.

Lars Toresson Austreim was first married to Marit Embriksdotter Hemsing. She died before 1714 and they had 3 children. He married the second time to Sigrid Rolandsdotter Nordland. They had 4 children, 3 sons and 1 daughter.

1. son was Roland Larsson Nordland.
2. son was Tor(d) Larsson born about 1720 and died before 1795.
3. son was Tørris Larsson Nordland.
The daugther was Jørand Larsdotter 1730 - 1794.
