Bygdebok for Strand, Fodnes, Svanhelden farms

I am looking for information on the following people that have lived in Nord-Aurdal in the early 1800's:
Knut Halvorsen born in Jul 1829 at Svanhelden. Later lived at RisteEmigrated to America in 1855.
His parents are Halvor Knudsen, bpt. Jan 1805 and residence is Mid Strandeie.
Mother is Eli Gulbrandsdatter born 1800 at Fodnes (actually haven't found baptism) but in 1801 census is at Fodness Sondere.

Halvor Knudsens' parents are Knud Peersen and Ingri Halvorsdatter. Can't find a match in the 1801 census (unless Knud remarried between 1801 and 1805.

Eli's parents are Gulbrand Syvertsen Fodness b. ~1766 and Sidsel Helgesdatter b. ~1765 according to 1801 census (Fodness Sondere)

Knut Halvorsen Riste married Inge Knudsdatter Berg 30 Dec 1850 (strangely there is a baptism for son, Halvor in 17 Oct 1847 which shows him ogte??????)
Any assistance in directing me or copying pages related to these farms would be greatly appreciated.
