In the attached marriage record, which is also found as the first listing at https://media.digitalarkivet.no/view/8898/43311/19 , can someone help be read the place of birth of Ragnhild Andersdtr i Øier and the last name (I think that it is Tostensen) and the farm of her father?

I found that because I did not put a space between the URL and the comma, the link in my original note did not work. So, I edited my note to add and space and it now works.

According to Bygdebok for Stor-Elvdal, vol 2 page 690 Ole Bergersen Nordstu Messelt was married to Ragnild Tuterud from Ringebu.
The farm-name after Anders Tostensen looks like Tuterueie, but not sure.

According to the web-site Slekter fra Ringebu og Gudbrandsdalen Ragnhild was born in Tretten:
