Hei Jeg leter etter etternavnet på kona til Kristoffer Osmundson( 1860) .Han var sønn av Osmund Gudmundson (1826) og Ingerid Jakobsdtr (1828)

Kristoffer utvandret til USA og giftet seg der med ei som het Ingeborg. Hun skal være født rundt 1869 i Norge. I statene er hun kun oppgitt med Westre som etternavn, men jeg ser etter hennes pikenavn. Har funnet en plass hvor hun er oppgitt med "Kirkeby" som etternavn, men stoler ikke helt på dette. Har heller ikke funnet noen som heter ingeborg kirkeby i noen kilder..

Broren til Guttorm, John med familie emigrerer også. De bruker kun navnet Kirkeby.
Han og familien skal til Dakota. Kanskje har Guttorm med datteren Ingeborg flyttet til Dakota?

Problemet er å verifisere at det er (evt ikke er) denne Ingeborg Kirkeby som er Ingeborg Westre.

I følge bygdeboka emigrerte til sammen 6 stykker i denne familien. Det kan jo være verdt (om enn tidkrevende) å lete opp søsken i USA for å se om Guttorm, Anne og Ingeborg bor i nærheten, eller at det er laget slektstrær for søsken som også innbefatter Guttorm med familie.

Men aller helst skulle en jo funnet vigselen til Kristoffer og Ingeborg.
