Assistance on translation, if possible

I have a Peter Martin Evjen born Sep 1866 and died in early Oct 1867 mentioned in Var Frue Kirke (2 entries on this page):

I'm not sure what the "Comments" at the end (Merknad) mean?

Then in the Domkirke there is the birth of a second in Oct 1867, baptised 12 Jan 1868. :

I realize that the next born of the same gender is given the same name as a child who died before but I'm wondering what all the writing at the end means (both births and one death).

Thank you so much. I figured it was something like that. Now to find out why the mother was imprisoned in the 1875 census. Is there any database online for information of that sort?
