Josef Suter from Weggis, Luzern in Switzerland

I am looking for my ancestor who came from Weggis in Luzern and emigrated to Norway in 1857. I have a copy of his passport, saying his name was Joseph Suter, he was 32 years old in 1857. He was also called Joseph Justus Bals Suter. He had a brother, Georg Joseph Suter who later on also emigrated to Rygge in Norway. I would be so happy if anyone could help me find the parents? In Norway they started calling themselves Suther. (PS. My ancestor is NOT Josephus Aloysius Fridericus Suter born March 5th 1825!)
