Adoption in Washington State approx. 1911?

Hello,
August 1, 1911 a male baby was born, probably in the state of Washington.
Shortly after he was adopted by Anna and Ole Styrvold. They lived in the Seattle area.
The boy was named Yngve Erling Styrvold after the adoption and his new parents took him to Oppdal, Norway probably a short while after.
Is it possible to find who were his real parents or anything else about this adoption?

Adoptions are protected by law. In that time period it was a lot of times a relative who gave the child up for adoption to a married relative.
I would suggest that you ask the family more questions. They are the only ones who can open or request that records be opened up on an adoption.

Thank you so much to both of you. I know that Anna and Yngve Erling Styrvold moved to Norway after a while, but I'm not sure if Ole Styrvold stayed in Washington. They got divorced after a while.
When Yngve Erling was confirmed in Oppdal 1926, there is a note that he was born in Seattle, Wash. and baptized August 25, 1912. Will that help us finding who his real parents were? He was not baptized in Oppdal, Norway.
