Abraham Arbela/Arpela/Vanhakartano från Alatornio och Kittil

I am looking for Abraham Vanhakartano who born in Alatornio at 1816. His wife can be Anna Greta Andersdatter from Krampenes. Abraham came with his family to Finnmark at 1832 from Kittilä. Abraham's stepfather was Carl Gustav Arpela/Vanhakartano and mother was Brita Abrahamsdotter Gedda. Abraham's really father was Simon Tuisku. Abraham was good in reading and writing.

Does anyone have any clue of him. Where he lived in Finnmark; Neiden or...., has he children, when he died.

Hello first I found one whit the same name, born january the 1 in 1816.And parents was Abraham Vanhakartano
and Caisa Nilsdatter.
Is it the same Abraham?Or did someone else have exactly the same name...But this one was born Alatornio Lappi in Finland.And thats what you whrite to.So maybe it is the one you looking for?

I havent been able to find them in the count for Finnmark 1865 so then I will search in the churchbooks.So we have to wait and see if something suddenly :pop: up

If he isn't in the churchbook, maybe he moved somewhere or did he died after 1865.

I haven't found yet anybody who can match with them.

Kirkonkirjassa Vadsøssa, Landsoknet 1854-1880: Marriages vuoda 1868. It states that Caisa Greta Abrahamsdtr. was born in Neiden 1849, ja isän nimi oli Abraham Carlsen.

Neiden is in Sør-Varanger kunta, and Krampenes under Vadsø - but in 1849, when Caisa Greta was born, all of Sør-Varangers births, deaths, weddings were listed under Vadsø.
Kirkonkirjassa "Bysoknet, Landsoknet i Vadsø 1843-1853, p. 36-37" you'll find Caisa Gretas christening - no. 43 Äiti Anna Greta Andersdtr. Abraham Carlsen ja Anna Greta lived in Neiden at the time.

If you give us some more information, link to rippikirjat, muuttokirjat, did the entire family leave Finland? etc. it may make it easier to help you.

Marriage 16.08.1868 - between Brita Maria ASPELA (neiden) ja Hans Piippola (muonioniska) - her father Abraham Carlsen ASPELA lives in Russia. I'm not saying his our man - but he might be.
