Dear Will,
I got a couple of items through the mail from New Brunswick(
I believe the archives). Their envelopes are also printed with their address
information both in English and in French.
Sincerely,

Quebec population is about 85% French speaking.
NB is about 40% French speaking.
All other provinces are under 5% I think (or is it 10% ?).

In Manitoba, when the counted population was about 400, it was
about 50:50 French and English (mostly Scots I think). Then, there
was a huge English speaking immigration and about 10 or 20 years
later, it was something like 300 speaking French and 70,000 speaking
English.

But this is off topics.
