MBS Brass of the Month - Herley - a heraldic challenge

The Monumental Brass Society website (which is definitely to be recommended)
includes a "Brass of the Month" feature, in which a particular monument is
illustrated and discussed.

As this month's entry - not actually a brass, but an incised slab - includes
some heraldry, not explained in the commentary, I thought it might be worth
posting the details here, in case anyone can explain it, or in case it
provides any clues to presently unknown genealogy.

The monument is at Allensmore, Herefordshire, and commemorates Sir Andrew
Herley (d. 1392) and his wife, Juliana. The arms shown are those of Herley,
Pauncefoot, and unknown (if the colouring is consistent, argent a bend ????
over all a label gules).
