Forgive my ignorance, but is this the Mansfield family connected to Lancelot
Mansfield and in the US connected to the Wilson and Hooker families?

Right. Lancelot Mansfield was the father of John and Ralph. John was
the father of John Mansfield, Elizabeth (Mansfield) Wilson, and Anne
(Mansfield) (Keayne) Cole. These three came to New England.
