A quick note (I couldn't find this mentioned previously):
p.208 William de Ferrers, 3rd Lord Ferrers of Groby, married (2nd) bef 25
May 1368 Margaret de Percy, dau of Henry de Percy (2nd Lord Percy) and
Idoine de Clifford.
p.576 Henry de Percy and Idoine de Clifford had five children: Henry,
Thomas, Maud, Eleanor and Isabel - but no Margaret?

(Noting my prior involvement as a small-time proofreader for the book), you
asked me for a couple of things I liked about the layout / content. I'll
have to leave accuracy comments to the more qualified members of the
newsgroup:
1) The major delight is the use of the traditional county names. This makes
such a difference - as well as saving space in such a large body of work
2) A small thing - but the index has very few entries under 'De '.

I'm still working through the book, having hardly scratched the surface of
the available information.

Regards
Ian
