Marriage was a contract and most of the time we have dates for such
contracts, which shows how young many of these were. Often a married couple
were brought up together but that did not mean the marriage was
"consummated" I have Mary de Bohun as born about 1371, and her marriage date
as about 1380 , when she was "about 9 or 10" but she waited another seven
years before the first child was born.
You say she had ten children, I can only find Henry V born in 1387, Thomas
in 1388, John 1389, Humphrey 1390, Blanche 1392, and Philippa 1394.
With best wishes

Mary de Bohun, who was 10 years of age when she married
Henry Bolingbroke, did her parents give written consent? Or did she
reach
maturity early. Did he commit sometype a crime by marrying a minor? They
had ten children and she died at the age of 24.
