Can you cite any medieval English examples of marriages that were
annulled? You mention this as a possibility. So I'm sure you have
some examples.

In my search for Richardson "frank and public admissions" and his display of

"graciousness", (I am still looking) I found this sneering remark by him.
How he of all people can ask this, he should know at least one sample.
After all the Fitzalan/Arundel family over the years figured several times
in his messages : CP Volume I page 243 : Richard Fitzalan, : "He obtained, 4
December 1344, a Papal mandate for the annulment of this marriage".

I can only wonder, what else will I find?
