CP Correction?, Lord Grey of Powis

Complete Peerage, VI, p. 140 states, Sir Richard Grey, Lord Grey (of Powis)
"m., before 12 Jan. 1458/9, Margaret, widow of Sir Roger Vaughan, kt., and
da. of James (Tuchet or Audley), Lord Audley..." The citation for this is
"Early Chancery Proceeding, bundle 43, no. 28."

Sir Richard Grey died 17 Dec. 1466. However, Sir Roger Vaughn did not die
until 1471 when he was beheaded at Chepstow, following the battle of
Tewkesbury by order of Edward IV. It is possible that Margaret was divorced
from Sir Roger Vaughan. However, it appears that CP has reversed the order
of the marriages and that Margaret m. (1) Richard Grey, Lord Powis, and (2)
Roger Vaughan, knight. The Dictionary of Welsh Biography asserts that CP is
in error regarding the order of the marriages.

Sir Roger Vaughn was uterine brother to William Herbert (d. 1469), Earl of
Pembroke.

Does anyone have any further evidence that would clarify the marriages of
Margaret? Thank you.
