Thanks to Todd Farmerie and three other people, I think I have improved the information about Alfonso VI and his descendants.
In several generations they can be found established in several other countries.

I have made a file but I am sure there are still lots of details missing and I hope people are willing to have a look at this file.

With best wishes

Born 5 May 1210 Coimbra
Died 16 February 1279 Lisboa
Buried Alcobaca #Mosteiro de Alcobaça#
Married (1) 1235 / 1238 Div.1253 [The marriage was
never annulled; on the contrary, after strong protests of
countess Mafalda Pope Alexander IV excommunicated both Afonso and
Beatriz. The death of Countess Mafalda in 1258 did not change things
neither demoved the Pope and Mass and any other celebrations became
forbiden wherever the royal couple stayed. The marriage was
only recognised and the children born legitimated by Pope
Urban IV after representations of the bishops presented in Rome by the
bishops of Coimbra and Lisbon and intercession of Louis IX, king of
France, Theobald, king of Navarra and Charles, count of Anjou]

Children by (a) Mariana Pirez #Maria Peres# de Enxara
[Called Mariana, Marina and Maria, she is mentioned in a donation to
her son as Marine Petri de Eyxara. Without the double nn I would not
consider Mariana; nor Marina a rather modern name. Marine could be an
error for Mariae]
Children by (b) Mourana Gil #[even if it is
sometimes written as Mouroana and other less representative
variations, the most common and easier identifiable name is Madragana

last alcayde of the town of Faro under moorish rule. He was a
'moçárabe' a christian under moorish rule of jewish ancestry and some
say a descendant of the Exilarchs of Babylon and from the House of
David] [She was probably given to D. Afonso III by her father and took
the name of Mor Afonso - christened or confirmed as most probably she
was already a christian - and after having two children with
him the king promoted her marriage with Fernão Rei]
