On Leo's great site here
http://www.genealogics.org/getperson.ph ... 0&tree=LEO
we see that Charles Fleetwood who married as her second husband Bridget Cromwell b 1624 daughter of Oliver, the Lord Protector.

Leo doesn't have anything more on this most outstanding fellow, however in my mousing about here and there I happened to land flat on him and wondered who he was. It turns out he has a DNB from which I extract following.

Will Johnson

DNB, "Fleetwood, Charles (d 1692)"
from which I extract some snippets:
1. third son of Sir Miles Fleetwood of Aldwinkle, Northamptonshire and of Anne daughter of Nicholas Luke of Woodend, Bedforshire
2 Sir Miles was Receiver of the Court of Wards and died in 1641
3 His (Miles) eldest son Sir William (b 1603), who succeeded to his father's estates...died in 1674
4 George the second son [of Miles] sought his fortune in the service of Sweden
5 Charles who appears to have been much younger than his brothers was left an annuity by his father of 60L
6 He was admitted to Gray's Inn 1638
7 In May 1644 he was made receiver of the court of wards
8 Appointed 1649, [joint] governor of the Isle of Wight
9 His first wife Frances Smith, daughter of Thomas Smith of Wiston, Norfolk; was buried at St Anne's, Blackfriars 24 Nov 1651
10 "If a Protector were to be chosen [after Cromwell's death] other than one of Cromwell's sons, no one had stronger claims than Fleetwood."
11 Bridget Fleetwood, was buried at St Anne's, Blackfriars, 1 July 1662. Eighteen months later, 14 Jan 1663-4, Fleetwood married Dame Mary Hartopp, daughter of Sir John Coke of Melbourne, Derbyshire, and widow of Sir Edward Hartopp, bart
12 "From the date of his third marriage he resided at Stoke Newington, in a house belonging to his wife..."
13 His third wife died on 17 Dec 1684, himself on 4 Oct 1692. Both buried in Bunhill Fields cemetery.
